Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account: your name, e-mail address and picture from Google sign-in, and the interface language you choose.
• Your conversations with Cue: every message you write, Cue’s answers, your changes to the brief, and every version of the brief.
• Material: the images, videos (and the key frames we take from them), PDFs and fonts you upload; the text and screenshots of the public pages Cue reads.
• Product memory: what Cue gathers about your product from conversations and material (its name, URL, brand and facts about it), so the next film does not start from nothing. You can see and change it on the Product memory page.
• Films: production records and the delivered files.
• Usage records: your monthly allowance (conversations and films), AI usage and cost, and job logs kept to fix problems.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We receive a Stripe customer ID, the subscription’s status, the plan and invoice IDs; we never see or store your card number.
• Cookies: your sign-in session (and short-lived ones used while you sign in with Google), your chosen workspace and language. We use no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

2. How we use it

• to provide the Service: talk with you, write the brief, make and deliver films;
• to remember your product and brand (product memory) for your later films;
• monthly allowances and billing;
• to e-mail you when a film is ready or did not finish;
• security, abuse prevention and fixing problems — for this we may look at conversations and job logs;
• answering you.

We do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising.

3. How AI is used

Cue is an AI producer: you are talking with Anthropic’s Claude models, not a person. Your conversations, material (including pictures and key frames from videos), the pages Cue reads and your product memory are sent to Anthropic so Cue can answer you and write the brief; once you confirm it, the engine also uses Anthropic’s models to make the film from the brief and material.

4. Processors that help us

We share data with these processors only as needed to provide the Service:

• Google: sign-in.
• Vercel: hosting of the website and the app.
• Neon: the database (Singapore).
• Cloudflare: file storage (R2) and domain services.
• Fly.io: the servers that read pages, take key frames from videos and make films (Singapore).
• Anthropic: Cue and the engine (see above); under Anthropic’s commercial terms, data sent through its API is not used to train models by default.
• Resend: notification e-mails (for example when a film is ready).
• Stripe: payments and billing (where applicable, Stripe’s Link acts as the reseller).

5. Keeping and deleting

We keep your conversations, material, product memory and films while your account exists: product memory is kept precisely for your later films. To have your Motiarc data deleted (conversations, material, product memory, films, or the whole account), write to us from your account’s e-mail address; once we have confirmed it is you, we delete it and tell you. Backups are cleared on their own schedule; payment and billing records are kept by Stripe and us as the law requires.

6. Your rights

• get a copy of your data, delete data or your account, correct something or ask a question: write to us;
• change your product memory: the Product memory page.

Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK GDPR or the California CCPA), you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, and to data portability; write to the address above and we will answer within the time the law sets.

7. International processing

Your data may be processed and stored in the United States, Singapore and other places where our processors operate.

8. Children

The Service is not for people under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date on this page; we give reasonable notice of material changes in advance.
